This is the staff wiki home page – please contribute if you see that info is missing or incorrect.
Some of the info is dated and may be incomplete or incorrect so if you spot anything, please change it! You can do this by clicking on the ‘edit’ button below the page content and making amendments directly yourself, or if you just want to comment on something that needs changing then use the comment box.
If you want to add pages you can do so via the ‘Log In’ or ‘Site Admin’ link to the right. (You can also edit pages this way too – make sure you are editing pages, not ‘posts’).
If you are looking for any information in particular, use the search box to the right – it is excellent.

Just a reminder that if a User has an E-mail address, they will only be notified via e-mail that reserve is ready for pick-up. If a user requests a phone call, please type this into the Reservation Slip Comment on bottom left of screen when placing hold. This will print on slip and user will be called directly, (if you place a note on their card I won’t know to call). Cheers.
Please note that if a user does not have an e-mail address in their profile they will be contacted by phone regardless.
